Jackpot Ultra Running Festival
We lead things off at at Cornerstone Park in Henderson, Nevada, just minutes from the Las Vegas strip, for the 13th running of the Jackpot Ultra Running Festival. This year’s event featured multiple fixed-time and distance races, including the marquee event, the 2026 USATF 100-Mile Road Championship. The championship race kicked off on Friday morning on the 1.1-mile short course, where Ashley Paulson set a new 100-mile female world record in a time of 12:19:34. Paulson averaged a remarkable 7:21 pace on her way to besting Ireland’s Caitriona Jennings’ previous 100-mile record set three months ago. Paulson finished second overall. Kaylee Frederick was the second woman and eighth overall runner across the line in 14:49:08. Jenny Arnzen (15:01:20) placed third and ninth overall. In the men’s USATF 100-Mile Championship, Rajpaul Pannu improved upon his personal best, clocking a blistering 11:38:56 (6:57 per mile). Pannu has now won the Jackpot 100-Miler three years in a row and remains the second-fastest American 100-miler in history, behind only Zach Bitter (11:19:13). Scott Munson was the second male and third overall finisher in 13:37:03, while Edher Ramirez (13:44:48) was third among the men and fourth overall.

FOURmidable 50k
Our second stop takes us to Auburn, California, and the Sierra Nevada foothills for the 14th running of the FOURmidable 50k. There were 150 runners who crossed the line for a finish in Saturday’s race, paced by men’s winner Darren Thomas in 3:50:55. Nick Cioci claimed second in 3:52:26. Nicholas Connolly (4:09:01) ran to third. In the women’s contest, Jennifer Schmidt cruised to victory, braking the tape in 4:10:25. Schmidt finished fourth overall and ran the fourth-fastest female course time ever. Taylor Nowlin earned a second-place finish and placed seventh overall in 4:37:05. Shelbie Christensen (4:53:36) claimed the final women’s podium spot in third.

LOViT
Next up, we travel to Mt. Ida, Arkansas and the Ouachita National Forest for the Lake Ouachita Vista Trail (LOViT) Endurance Runs (100-mile and 100k races). Jennifer Delzeit raced to the women’s victory in Saturday’s 100-miler, breaking the tape in a time of 27:16:17. Laura Dukes finished runner-up in 28:26:07. Lisa Mobley (29:08:05) came in third. On the men’s side, John Griffin ran away from the competition to win in 19:37:18, the third-fastest course time ever. Jeremey Bohnett earned a second-place finish in 20:34:55. Ryan Allen (21:32:56) took third.

Cabin Fever 50K
Our final stop takes us to West Virginia’s New River Gorge National Park for the fifth running of the Cabin Fever 50K. An impressive 277 runners completed the point-to-point course on Saturday with the top three men all going under the previous course-record time. Top honors went to new course-record holder Dan Green, with a speedy time of 3:31:52. Luke Tighe finished runner-up in 3:36:36. Aaron Slabach (3:38:29) rounded out the men’s podium in third. On the women’s side, Sydney Smith ran the second-fastest female course time ever to take home the win in 4:30:52. Smith placed ninth overall. Alisha Ebert snagged second in 4:38:52. Meg Park (5:11:49) was third.
