Race Directors

We encourage and welcome race directors to manage their event listings. This ensures that the most accurate and up-to-date information is displayed to participants.

Events must have an ultra-distance race before it will be approved. We do not include:

Relay Races
Virtual Races
Adventure Runs / Fastpacking
Stage Races (unless a single stage is an ultra distance)
Multi-Discipline races

You will need an account and have been granted access to your events before you can manage them.

If your event is brand new and not on the calendar, you may create a new one. Please only create a new event if you are sure it isn’t already in our database. Duplicate events create unnecessary work.

Once your account has been created, email us at [email protected] with the events you want to manage. After reviewing them, we will assign them to your account.
