Kaci Lickteig
Fourth in our balloting for women is Kaci Lickteig of Omaha, Nebraska. Lickteig won five races in 2014 and broke the course record at the venerable Ice Age Trail 50. Dubbed the “Pixie Ninja” for her diminutive size and relentlessly competitive nature, Lickteig works as a physical therapist at an Omaha hospital.
