David Sinclair
Almost untouchable at technical mountain running, Sinclair showed his versatility by placing a strong second at the Canyons by UTMB 100k. He won all three skyrunning-type races during the year, adding a course record at the Rut 50k in Montana, beating Kilian Jornet’s 2014 record by 5 minutes. A graduate of Dartmouth and a 2:16 marathoner, Sinclair is a skiing coach in the Lake Tahoe area. – John Medinger. Photo: Scott Rokis
