Abby Hall
Abby Hall is ranked ninth in the 2021 UltraRunner of the Year voting. The highlight of her year was a breakthrough second place at the highly competitive Courmayeur-Champex-Chamonix (CCC) 101k race in the Alps. She also finished second at the Canyons 100K in California and Arizona’s Crown King Scramble 50K. A vegan advocate and designer, the former Abby Mitchell married Cordis Hall in 2019. David Sinclair
David Sinclair is the ninth ranked male for 2021. A former cross-country skier for Dartmouth College and 2:16 marathoner, Sinclair won four of the five races he ran in 2021 and finished second at the Speedgoat 50K. He took down Carl Andersen’s 29-year-old course record in winning the Silver State 50-miler.
