Zach Bitter
Zach Bitter checks in at #7 in the UROY Top 10 for 2018. Bitter’s 2018 racing was topped by a 12:08:36 100-mile win at Tunnel Hill, along with three other wins in his new home state of Arizona. Originally from Wisconsin, Bitter moved to Phoenix from Sacramento earlier in the year. But forget racing, the highlight of his year was getting married to Nicole Kalogeropoulos in July. Zach’s 116 at Desert Solstice was his 24-hour distance (he stopped early), but there is also a 100-mile podium, which he won with his 13:23:12 split (just two minutes ahead of Camille Herron!).
Congrats to both Amanda and Zach.
