Dayton, Wyoming, June 16. Mike Foote and Darcy Africa were the winners of the 11th annual Bighorn 100. Both broke course records and won with comfortable margins on the rugged out-and-back course, which features a climb from the 4200-foot start to over 9000 feet at the turnaround. There were 116 finishers within the 34-hour time limit.
