For our Ultra Weekend Recap on Sunday, September 10, we’re highlighting results from three different 100-mile races in various places around the country. From Oregon to Utah to Minnesota, let’s dive right in.

The point-to-point Pine to Palm, traveling from Williams to Ashland, Oregon, went down on Saturday, September 9. In his debut hundred, Bret Jorgensen from Seattle, Washington, took the win by nearly an hour in 20 hours, 59 minutes and 46 seconds. He was followed by Aaron Reed out of Medford, Oregon, in 21 hours, 47 minutes and 37 seconds, and Adam Wolf came in third place in 22 hours, 3 minutes and 5 seconds. The women’s winner was Erica Jennison of Sebastopol, California, in 25 hours and 38 minutes. Runner-up honors went to Deb Cawthorn coming all the way from Strasburg, Virginia, in 28 hours, 55 minutes and 51 seconds, and Karen Weintraub from Chico, California, who rounded out the podium just over 2 minutes later in 28 hours, 58 minutes and 8 seconds. Check out the full results on UltraLive.net.

Another spectacular point-to-point race went down in Kaysville, Utah: the Wasatch 100. Sara Boughner of Missoula, Montana, won for the women in 27 hours and 17 minutes. Second place went to Heather Dougherty from Washington, DC, in 27 hours and 53 minutes, and third was Jennifer Lambert of Lehi, Utah, in 29 hours and 41 minutes. Jose Cruz from Bountiful, Utah, won the men’s contest in 20 hours and 51 minutes. Jeff Browning from Flagstaff, Arizona, reportedly took second by a mere 2 seconds over Jonathan Love out of Salt Lake City, both given times of 21 hours and 34 seconds. Dig into the full results here.

In Two Harbors, Minnesota, the Superior Fall Trails Races 100 and 50-mile events happened on Saturday. Kyle Moss, hailing from Broomfield, Colorado, won in 19 hours, 40 minutes and 16 seconds. The women’s winner and second overall went to Gretchen Metsa of Buhl, Minnesota, in 21 hours, 54 minutes and 10 seconds. Second-place male was Andrew Warg from Hastings, Minnesota, in 22 hours, 38 minutes and 8 seconds. The women’s runner-up was Jaclyn Noshay in 25 hours, 20 minutes and 30 seconds. Third place for the men was Patrick Griffith of La Crosse, Wisconsin, in 23 hours, 17 minutes and 11 seconds, and third for the women was Margaret Macdonald from Minneapolis in 27 hours, 16 minutes and 1 second.
