Tom Evans was voted 2nd in the men’s World UltraRunner of the Year balloting. Evans achieved his biggest career victory to date after winning UTMB in 19 hours, 18 minutes and 58 seconds. The 33-year-old battled through rain, snow and sleet on the weather-altered 106-mile course around Mont Blanc. The win was particularly sweet after his previous DNFs at UTMB in both 2023 and 2024. Earlier in 2025, Evans also won the Tenerife Bluetrail 110k in March and the Arc of Attrition 50-mile race in January.
