There were 120 runners who completed this year’s race which featured a new female course record by women’s winner, Kristina Mascarenas in 4:36:04, who also placed fourth overall. Jenna Bensko finished second woman and fifth overall in 4:50:38. Brianna Costigan (5:11:25) came in third. Michael Mitchell won the men’s contest and finished first overall in 4:18:44. Anthony Lee was second (4:22:46), and Steven Cornelius (4:32:38) completed the in third. Full results here.

Oregon Cascades 100

Unfortunately, the Oregon Cascades 100-miler had to be halted mid-race and was canceled due to wildfire smoke and poor air quality from the nearby Flat Fire. Three runners completed the full course before the race was stopped (William Conner 17:07:51, Kyle Peterson 19:47:21, and Scott Davis 20:56:09). Results from the 50-mile race here.

Our thoughts are with everyone in Central Oregon affected by the fires.
