San Francisco, CA, October 26. Shan Riggs of San Francisco won his hometown’s 24-hour race at the SF One Day. Riggs posted 130.2 miles in
garnering the victory. Ultra veteran Kathy Welch of Auburn was the women’s winner with 105.6 miles. The race is run on a 1.06-mile loop in the
shadow of the Golden Gate Bridge that is partially paved and partially crushed granite.
