Goblin Valley is a breathtaking and extraordinary valley of towering mesas and wind-carved rock formations some believe resemble goblins. The 50k race will start at 7:30 a.m., followed by the marathon at 8:30 a.m., and the half-marathon at 9:30 a.m. We will do our very best to start on time, so be there or be square! The start site for all races is located at the valley site pavilion. Ask any ranger or deputy for directions to the pavilion. Watch for transfer vehicles for a ride to the start. Remember to attend your pre-race meeting near the starting line. These will begin approximately 30 minutes prior to the start time for your race.
