This run is for everyone and for all ages!
Individual runners, and Male, Female and Coed teams of four runners and teams of six runners compete to cover the most mileage.
This is done over a 1.75 mile loop at Belmont Lake State Park which means an aid station every 1.75 miles and the party goes onthrough the duration of the event!
