Weymouth Woods
After 10 years, we have decided to make a change - we are reinventing the Weymouth Woods 100km as a new 50 mile race with a 2 person relay option.
The course is a 5 mile loop repeat within beautiful Weymouth Woods State Nature Preserve in Southern Pines, NC. One of the world's last remaining old growth long leaf forests surrounds trails that are a combination of sand, pinestraw, dirt, and lots of roots. This is a friendly, low key event with great aid and support. As a bonus, a visitor center just steps from the course is the perfect place for family and friends to relax while their runner is on the course.
