A three day stage race traversing the trails of the Spruce Knob Seneca Rocks National Recreation Area. 50K/50M/Half-marathon.
The Monongahela National Forest is a treasure where the mountains wrap themselves around you. It is a place of solitude, choice, and challenge — a place where nature prevails and where we must adapt. Race headquarters is located at the Spruce Knob Mountain Center’s 400 acre outdoor education facility lying in the shadow of Spruce Knob. The landscape embodies wildness and reminds you of yesterday’s people. The West Virginia Mountain Trail Runners and the Spruce Knob Mountain Center welcome you to the Trilogy.
