Under the Moon
100% Pavement with most of the elevation gain in the first half. The route is approx. 7500 feet of climbing, and 5000 feet of decent! The course is alongside Saddle Road from Hilo to Waimea. Runners will be required to be self sufficient. Runners are required to have their own “water and food drops” or crew meeting them along the course.
