The Purge

Bringing the unique challenges of a fixed time loop race to southern New Hampshire. Runners will race to complete a flat, friendly, 4 mile loop at the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds but must do so in under one hour. Seems simple enough… right?… However, if you aren’t at the starting line in time for the start of the next loop, The Purge will sweep you out of the race with a big fat, DNF for the record books!

Racing starts at 9am on Saturday, August 15th. Racers will run the loop at whatever pace they would like, but the loop MUST be completed in less than one hour! Those that complete the course in under an hour will earn the right to move on to the next loop. The next start time is at 10 am. The loops continue… over and over and over… one painful loop after another… until there is only one runner who has survived The Purge…

The Purge will be held at the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds and on the same course as our Hamsterwheel event. A wide bounty of amazing foods will be available for runners to enjoy – just don’t get tempted too much and miss out on the next loop! We will also supply an aid station with the basics – Water, Tailwind, etc. Runners may also establish their own small tents.
