The Nutt Endurance Challenge

The 'NUTT' races will be held on the Western Slopes of Massanutten Mountain. The series of trails on the Western Slopes have been developed as Mountain Bike Trails by the Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition. The course will be a 3.1 mile loop, of which about 10 percent is a service road, and the balance is bike trails. The start/finish of the race will be near the parking lot. The 5k will take one loop, the 25k will take 5 loops and the 50k will take 10 loops of the course. A single loop of the course has an elevation gain of a little more than 550 feet. A fully stocked aid station will be at the start/finish line.
