The Nutcracker 12 hour Endurance Run

These endurance runs will be on a 5 mile (one way) down and back course that is composed of crushed gravel toe path. The course is Dunn's rails to trails path. This toe path will challenge any runner whether you choose to do the solo option, or the 3 or 5 person team (for the 12 hour event). 
In the 12 hour, 10 hours you will run to Dunn and back,the final 2 hours you will do 1/2 mile repeats (1 mile round trip) to the bridge and back. 
The 6 hour will do 4 hours to Dunn and back, the final 2 hours you will do 1 mile round trips to the bridge and back.
The 3 hour will do 1 full round trip to Dunn, then complete 1 mile round trips until time is expired.
