The Mile

THE MILE - Last Runner Standing
Think you've got the grit to outlast everyone else?  The Mile is a brutal, simple, and wildly addictive endurance challenge.
The rules are easy:
Run a 1-mile loop every 17 minutes (RD has and will change times as needed to challenge the participants.)
When the horn sounds, the next mile begins.
Be back at the start before the next horn - or you're out.
Lap after lap. Mile after Mile. Runners drop. Fatigue sets in.
Only one runner remains.
This is not about speed - it's about consistency, mental toughness, and survival.
Set on the scenic trails of Kinsey Park in Peoria, IL, this very unique trail run will test your ability to pace, recover, fuel, and keep showing up when your legs beg you to stop.
What's provided: a gallon of water per runner, snacks at the start/loop area
You bring: any additional nutrition, gear, and mental toughness you'll need to outlast the field
A one-of-a kind trophy awaits the final runner standing.
No finish time.
No set distance.
Just one question:  Can you outlast them all?
