New Boston, NH

Starting near the Hillsborough County Fairground entrance, runners will make their way outward (1.55 mi each way) on the New Boston Rail Trail along the Piscataquog River to the turnaround point at Lang's Station. Runners will return on that trail and turn right onto the gravel service road that runs the perimeter of the fairgrounds. The countinuous loop is 3.97 miles in total and is largely flat with one minor speedbump....it's scenic and gentle on the legs....A great opportunity for someone looking to try ultrarunning for the first time or for seasoned runners to see just how many miles they can accomplish....
