Teanaway Country 100

The Teanaway Country 100 course begins and ends in Salmon La Sac. The course traverses the Teanaway Valley from west to east and then back again. Over the course of 100 miles, you’ll be treated to some of the most spectacular terrain Washington has to offer. With approximately 31,000 feet of cumulative gain, this course will test even the most seasoned trail runner. Though the TC100 will be incredibly challenging, the 40 hour cut-off, the plentifully stocked aid stations, the upbeat volunteers, and the incredible scenery will make this feel like a stroll in the park…a very, very hilly park. Only 75 spots available!

Teeny-Way 50k

Truth be told, there is nothing ‘teeny’ about this race. Sure, it’s a less committed undertaking than its older 100-mile sibling, but this race is going to be tough. There aren’t many 50ks out there more challenging than this. But if you’re looking for a beautiful, rugged, mountain 50k with stunning views and great volunteers, then look no further than our race. With over 11,000 feet of climbing, the 50k will offer an abridged tour of this ruggedly beautiful and beautifully rugged region. And the best news...you still get to run through the Lake Ann basin!
