Swamp Rabbit Trail Urban Ultra

We call this an urban ultra run (meaning lots of pavement - some easy trails), because a good portion of this course is run on the paved GHS Swamp Rabbit Trail. You will run this ultra inside the beautiful Lake Conestee Nature Park, with stunning views of forests, grasslands, lakes and rivers. There are rolling hills on the course, but overall, it's pretty flat for elevation. The best news is that you will pass a fully stocked aid station every 5 kilometers, with bathrooms located every 10k's. You will also come through the finish line every 10k's, giving you a great chance to access your personal supplies, change clothing or just enjoy the support of family and friends. This is a wonderful course for first time ultra participants.
