The course runs through a working cattle farm in middle Georgia that has been in the family for nearly 200 years. The start/finish point of the 4.44 mile loop (7 laps is 50 km and 14 laps is 100 km) is in a large open pasture with plenty of room for parking and crew set-up along the course. Most of the trail runs through pastures with a five-foot path cut through the grass. The mile of forest trails are beautiful single tracks with plenty of twists, turns, roots, and rocks to keep your attention focused. Keep an eye out for cows, deer, rabbits, and turkeys as we gain 335+ feet of elevation each loop over runnable hills and flat sections.
