Come join us for a fun filled summer day at the first Saddle Up Summer Challenge on August 24th (Saturday). This event is friendly for runners and walkers at all levels, including families with young children or local running clubs with members who are looking for a fun and challenging event or an opportunity to train for their fall races.  We will have a BBQ and many exciting activities for everyone to enjoy throughout the day.  All net proceeds from the event will benefit this year's chosen charity Brave Like Gabe.  

Participants will have up to 10 hours (Start anytime between 8am to 5:30pm) to run/walk a 2 mile loop as many times as they wish along the river in the Saddle River County Park, Rochelle Park. Course and support will close at 6PM.  A fully stocked aid station including water, gels, sports drinks and snacks will be provided to participants at the Race Central Area. 1 water station along the course. Chip timing will be provided to record the time and the number of loops for all participants. Course will be marked if you desire to achieve 5k, 10k, 13.1mi, 26.2mi & 50k distances.
