ROD 50K/30K @ Norbuck is a multiple 2 mile lap run event with a twist:

i) You have to complete each 2 mile lap under 30' in order to avoid elimination.

ii) Runners start a new lap every 30' at the officer's whistle sound (not before).

but..... who wins?!

The final ~10K (3 laps) will be run continuously in order to define the race ranking!
