Pinhoti, AL
The Rockin Choccolocco 50K and Half Marathon kick off at the Coleman Lake Campground south of Heflin, AL. This section of the Pinhoti trail will be enjoyed by first time trail runners, and veterans alike. This race has beautiful terrain consisting of lovely rolling hills and exquisite lake views around many turns. For several miles, the trail runs parallel along a sparkling creek, which ensures plenty of small creek crossings throughout the course.
