Teams of 6, or 4 for Ultra Racers, cover 100-miles running the Virginia Capital Trail by tag-teaming the distance, relay style. New for 2022, we have opened up a SOLO 50 Mile and SOLO 50K option. Always wanted to run that far, but not a fan of dirt trails? These options will let you tackle your next distance, all while keeping you on the Capital Trail. These runners/walkers will have 18 hours and 30 minutes to complete the distance. Your course will be the same from the start, just with a MARKED TURNAROUND on the course.
