Painful Elimination

Run a 4.24687365 mile loop in under an hour-14:00pace. Easy right? But here's the catch-(and the fun part)-Everyone starts each loop together on the hour mark. If you complete the course in 45 minutes, you get 15 minutes rest before the next loop. If you complete the loop in 59 minutes, you get 1 minute rest. Get it? You must be standing at the start line ready to run on each hour-or running towards the start line-if not-you are eliminated! Aid station will be set up very near the start line. If you run the loop in 1 hour and one second, you are done for the day. We keep running all day till only one is left. Or fifteen hours The last runner must complete their last loop in regulation in order to win. . Nice finisher prizes for runners finishing 7 Hours, 12 Hours, and 15 Hours This is a bring your own aid station event. We will provide the fluids.
