Not Exactly Western States Fat Ass 50K

The Not Exactly Western States Fat Ass 50K (NEWS 50K) is a solo run on a 50K out-and-back course north of Flagstaff. It will be run on Saturday, June 27 - the day that the Western States 100 would have been held this year, but for its cancelation. Most of the run is on the Arizona Trail. Runners must abide by social distancing convention - you may not run with another runner unless you share a household with them. The course will NOT be marked except at two intersections. You will be on the Arizona Trail from mile 4 to mile 27 - just follow it! Runners will self-time their run.
