Middle Creek Meltdown

Get your legs ready for some of the most beautiful single-track trails and rolling hills outside of La Cygne Kansas. 45 minutes south of Kansas City, Steel Bridge Farms has built trails designed to test your legs and lungs, with 1k feet of elevation per loop, you'll get to experience head-on. The 10-mile race features two 5 mile loops while the 6-hour endurance event is an opportunity to prove how many loops you can complete.

Up and down. Down and up. You're going to cover some vertical on a FAST track that was custom built for trail races - 90% of which is smooth and obstacle-free. Starting off at the bridge the first mile is a double-wide track which is perfect for passing and thinning out the herd. From there you dive into the gorgeous single track and get a chance to experience the topography eastern Kansas has to offer. Please be aware that this is a trail race and the mileage for the loop/course is approximate and you may end up running a little over the estimated 5MI per loop.
