The event is a simple one. How many times can you go around the Oval in one, three, or six hours? The temp range on average is 50° / 29°F, so runners can expect top performances and can better prepare for the up and coming monsoon months. The course will be USATF certified by Aug. 1, 2023, and it is fast and flat. If you are going to attempt to set a new state or national record, please let us know ahead of time to ensure your performance can be certified. Top three male and female performances in each race will receive a custom wall plaque. All participants will receive a tech race shirt. All the typical ultra favorites and some atypical nosh from the sponsors will be available at the aid station and athletes are never more than a half a mile from help.
