Fairplay, CO
The Last Call Fifties features a 50-Mile and 55k ultramarathon that coincides with the Silverheels 100-Mile Endurance Run. The 50-Mile features something few 50-mile ultras do, a midnight start!; while our 55k starts at 6:00am, both distances offer generous cut-offs.
Join us in Colorado’s high country for an unforgettable experience running through the wild and remote areas just north and east of Fairplay, CO. This event travels from Fairplay to Como, to Alma, and back to Fairplay. You’ll run through moose country on remote single track trails and USFS fire roads, while towering 14ers set the backdrop for your final miles. During the summer months of July, the Colorado wildflowers are just starting to show themselves and this course if typically blanketed with columbine and paintbrush.
