Lake Norman State Park 30K & 50K Trail Race

This race offers two options: a 30K and a 50K length event. Both events will have a 9-hour cutoff time with two aid stations for the 30K and four aid stations for the 50K. This race consists of smooth, rolling single-track trails with no repeat loops, so you will never see the same thing twice! Whether this is your first trail race or you're looking to set a PR, you will love this course! Space will be limited, so register soon!

50K Runners: You will start and race with the 30K runners along the same route, then you will continue to Hawk Loop, Hicks Creek Loop, Norwood Creek Loop, and Monbo Loop, then returning to finish Hawk Loop and Laurel Loop before reaching the finish line in the field behind the Visitors Center. All loops will be completed in a counterclockwise direction, opposite to bike traffic. The 50K course has approximately 1,600 feet of elevation gain.
