100 miler is 10 out and back on a flat fast river trail with 75% shade. 50 miler is 5 out and backs. 50k a short out and back followed by 3 longer out and backs for a 31 mile total. There will be manned aid stations every 5 miles and if the temperature is above 85f a unmanned aid station will be added at the 2 1/2 mile mark.
