Welcome to the Hard Times Trail Run, the Toughest Footrace in Greene County. 

The Hard Times Trial Run is a ten mile out-and-back course with approximately 1600 feet of elevation gain. With an invigorating blend of plush runnable sections, bone-rattling downhills, and soul-crushing climbs, the course will challenge both rookie and veteran trail runners alike. There will be creek crossings, some briars and tall grass, and lots of hills. Switchbacks are nowhere to be found on this course. 
Race is limited to 60 runners. 

Three distance options: 10 mile (1 lap, 1600 ft. gain), 20 mile (2 laps, 3200 ft. gain), and 50K (3 laps, 4800 ft. gain). 

Location: Little Sac Woods Conservation Area, located north of Springfield and east of Willard.
