Hachie 50 Marathon, Ultra and Relay
The Waxahachie Running Club and the Midlothian Running Club join forces with the Waxahachie Lions Club to sponsor the Hachie 50. The event will benefit the Waxahachie Lion's Club, which supports local children and schools in Ellis County. Title Sponsors are: Edward Jones of Waxahachie -- Paul Box, Paul Colwell, Nick Box and Lance Gary
The race is held in Waxahachie's Getzendaner city park that is mostly closed to traffic. Course is 90% on concrete sidewalks, 10% dirt/gravel. This is a beautiful, FAST, FLAT & Tree-lined out-n-back course!
We will have custom t-shirts for participants; unique custom medals; free online race photos; and lots of food and drinks during and after the event. Individual awards will be given to the Top 6 Men and Women in each event (no separate masters category).
The event will benefit the Waxahachie Lion’s Club to support the schools and children of Ellis County.
