Frosty Looper is an 8-hour race held at Cooper River Park on a fast and flat loop that has great views of the Philadelphia skyline and the water. This is one of the fastest timed and looped courses in the country, and a great course to set a PR or run your first ultra. This is a 3.75ish mile loop on a paved running trail around a river. Mostly flat course with some gradual incline and 2 real hills.
