FlatRock Spring
The history behind these races is immense with FlatRock being the first and oldest trail ultra in Kansas!! Epic races such as the 2017 flood year have become the stuff of legend and lore! This is a must run trail. Come see this unique aspect of Kansas like you have never experienced it! The course consists of a 50K loop which is run twice for the 101K.
A technical, mostly single-track, out and back along the Elk River Hiking Trail. Accurately measured forest trail winding through unique limestone bluffs, rock formations & picturesque vistas.
