Fairgrounds 8H Ultra

The Fairgrounds 8 Hour Ultra is a challenging and FUN event that will take place at the Hardin County Fairgrounds in Glendale, Kentucky. This is your chance to enjoy some Kentucky summer heat on a 3.1 mile well-maintained High School Cross Country Course. You can participate as an individual or as a part of a 2-person relay team. The objective of the race is to run as many loops as you can or want to in 8 hours.  You are considered a finisher if you complete just one loop. We will have a well-stocked hydration and nutrition aid station available for runners. We will also have an air-conditioned recovery area for runners that need it. Music & a high-energy atmosphere will be waiting for you at the completion of each lap! Friends and family will also enjoy the numerous spectator viewing spots located around the course.
