Empower Off Road Challenge

The Empower Off Road Challenge is an exciting individual or team event where you have the opportunity to run as many 1.5 mile loops as possible within your chosen time category of 2 - 4 - 6 or 8 hours.  The object of the challenge is within YOU, the participant! How many loops are you willing to push yourself to run, walk, and even crawl within your selected and respective time period?

The course will be a 1.5-mile looped “Double Laned” gravel road and trail in Forest, Virginia.  We are using the local high school competition Cross Country Course  The terrain is flat with a few modest rollers.  It’s an all dirt trail which meanders through the woods, heavy tree cover for a vast majority of the run with some open field sections, highlighted by a wide running path throughout.
