Dream Nation Apparel Vancouver Island 24 Hour
Dream Nation Apparel Vancouver Island 24 hr. takes place on Sept 19, 2026 starting at 9am at the Cowichan Sportsplex in Duncan BC and features a 3hr, 6 hr, 12 hr and 24 hr event, as well as the ACU 100km Canadian National Championship. You can also do the 3hr, 6hr, 12hr or 24hr event as a team of 2-10 people (only 1 person on the track per team). The goal is for you (or your team) to go as far as possible in the chosen duration of time. Runners and walkers of all levels are welcome.
Performances in the 6, 12, and 24 hour are eligible for official Canadian Ultrarunning records.
As of 2024, we received our IAU and ACU labels. Two Canadian women's age group records were broken at our event by Catrin Jones in 2024 and were recently ratified by the ACU. We also received our IAU label for 2025.
In 2025 we saw our biggest turnout since inception. We also hosted the ACU 100km Canadian National Championship. Three Canadian age group records were broken. Danny Keyes got a New M60 6 Hour record of 70.000km, breaking a record that previously stood since 2007. Catrin Jones broke her own age group records from the previous year in the 6 hour and 100km.
100% of the net proceeds will be donated to the Victoria Hospitals Foundation.
It is an IAU Bronze Labelled event for 2026 as well.
