Double Days 48 Hour Race
Join us for a unique endurance experience on a private, historic farm in West Alexandria, Ohio. This is not your average ultra—expect a quirky, heartfelt atmosphere and a grassroots event with big impact.
Course Description:
The race takes place on a looped course of less than one mile in length, weaving through a mix of mowed pasture, crushed stone, and pavement. While the terrain varies in texture—particularly the pasture sections, which feature natural uneven ground—the course itself is flat and beginner-friendly. Whether you're running or rucking, you'll find the loop fast, approachable, and surprisingly scenic.
Aid Station: Located at the rear of the barn near a cozy fire pit, serving up typical ultra fare.
Cooked Meals: Three hot meals will be provided daily to keep you fueled and focused.
Camping & RV Parking: On-site camping and RV space is available, thanks to the hospitality of our hosts.
On-Course Support: Set up your own canopy or table along the course to rest, refuel, and cheer on fellow racers.
Historic Farm Setting: This private farm is rich with character and the charm of yesteryear—expect a few surprises, rustic sights, and memorable moments.
Why We Run:
All proceeds from the event will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hamilton, Ohio, a local nonprofit dedicated to fostering one-to-one mentoring relationships for youth. Many of our volunteers will be Bigs or Littles, and 100% of the Littles have had no police or juvenile justice system contacts—a testament to the program’s incredible impact. By running, you’re helping to build brighter futures.
