Dizzy Daze

Dizzy Daze is held at beautiful Green Lake Park in Seattle, WA. The race uses the outer running loop around the lake. Runners will travel counter-clockwise on the groomed dirt path. The total distance of the loop is 3.2 miles; you will run as many loops as you can (or want) during the 12 hours. Whoever runs the most laps within the 12-hour timeframe wins.

In past years it has been lonely in the afternoon, so we have added an "I want to sleep in" option starting at 2 p.m. which is amenable to Half Fanatics, for whom a 12-hour race would not count. The more ambitious among them could run another race in the morning and then come up to join us (or just do the 12 hour and not worry about your stats).
