Sands Main Street Prairie is a 1.40 Mile loop that is 100% wide trail with zero pavement or street crossings. The prairie is a gently rolling and beautiful space that offers wonderful views in such a small area. The elevation change is about 55 feet ascent per mile, not pancake, not hilly, but enough. See course map for more detail. There are no rocks, no roots, and a mix of tree cover verse sun exposure that will help bring your training period to a close heading into taper.
