Cedar Bend Endurance Event

Set in the scenic and quiet 180-acre Cedar Bend Park just north of Waverly, Iowa, this 4- or 8-hour loop event offers a relaxed yet ambitious playground for trail endurance lovers. The mix of singletrack, wider trail and gravel underfoot gives a bit of variety, and the time-boxed format (run as many laps as you can in your timeframe) allows you to set your own objective—be it a personal new distance, a strong pace or simply finishing strong.

3.2 mile - loop that goes around the parameter of Cedar Bend park. Each loops contains roughly 200ft of elevation. The trails are maintained, but do have some technical aspects. Roughly 1/5 of the loop will be on gravel, the rest is all trail.
