The Cave Run Lake Trail Fest takes place at the popular Twin Knobs Recreation Area along the shores of Cave Run Lake. The 50K and Marathon are mixed terrain trail races featuring rolling single track trails, wide double track, crushed gravel, and several road miles so you can really bank some miles.
Staged at the popular Twin Knobs Recreation Area, you’ll find all the amenities you need as well as a community of runners to share your journey with.
