Cascades 1 x 100M Challenge

This is a unique and fun challenge to start off your summer running. The event takes place in the beautiful and historic Cascades Park. On the quarter hour, runners MUST begin from the starting line. Each participant will complete the 1 mile loop and must be at the starting line at the next quarter hour in order to continue their race.

Run a 1 mile loop every 15 minutes until you reach 100 miles...or whenever you've decided you've had enough! It's a hundo if you make it all the way to the end. But you can be done-do whenever you decide, or whenever you can't make it back to the starting line in time!
