Cape Fear Holiday Run

Get Ready to run with your Ho! Ho! Ho! Homies at the Cape Fear Holiday Run!

Join us for a jolly trail running adventure at the Cape Fear Holiday Run, held in the (sort of) new Cape Fear Shiner Park in Lillington, NC! Our 1.17-mile loop combines a scenic trail with a short, paved section, offering a fun and accessible course for runners of all levels.

We're offering 9-hour, 6-hour, and 3-hour timed events, all starting at 7:00 am. With plenty of parking and space to set up your own personal aid station near the start/finish, you'll have everything you need. Run as much or as little as you like—it's all about enjoying the holiday spirit and supporting a great cause!

We'll have one aid station well-stocked with all the ultra-running essentials: water, Gatorade, soft drinks, and a variety of snacks.

We're committed to reducing our environmental impact, so this is a cup-less event. Please bring your own reusable cups, handheld bottles, or hydration packs. Limited disposable cups will be available.

Everyone who crosses the finish line will receive a finisher's medal! We'll also have special awards for the top three male and female finishers in each timed event. And because we love holiday attire, we'll have a special award for the participant with the most holiday spirit.
