Cape Cod MOVES "Y-Not" Trail Race

Course Description

The 5K loop features a gorgeous course with many views of Spectacle Pond. The course is rolling with a nice variety of single track and double track. There are some short paved road sections. The course is almost entirely set on the YMCA Camps Hayward and Burgess. Some sections have sticks, roots and ruts. Trail shoes are recommended but not needed for this course.
Base Camp for the race will be Camp Hayward, 52 Pinkham Road, Sandwich, MA on Cape Cod. The course is a 5K loop. There will be a short loop to make up the distances needed for the half marathon and marathon. There will be chip timing by Norm Sheppard.
